Community Leadership Development

Community  INtern Program

We support community-interns to organize, launch, and lead our community development projects such as Mesa Comunitaria, the Rural Health Program and Community Art Program. These projects invest in:

  • schools

  • water systems,

  • community health systems

  • community centers and parks

Community-inters receive orientation, training and professional development support from TSP to launch their business and personal development goals. These important community leaders provide vital coordination and support to achieve the best results for all of our programs in our partner communities.
